How and when your Trumbote order reaches you — dispatch timelines, delivery estimates and charges.
Dispatch Time
All in-stock orders are packed and dispatched from our Faridabad warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive an email/SMS with your tracking details as soon as the courier picks up the shipment.
Delivery Timelines

We currently ship pan-India. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not order date, and can vary during festive seasons, extreme weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee applies below this threshold and on Cash on Delivery orders.
Exact COD and below-threshold shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code and order weight, before you confirm payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check order status any time from My Orders or by contacting our support team with your order number.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work with reliable courier partners to meet the timelines above, delivery can occasionally be delayed due to weather, regional restrictions, high-demand periods, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll track it down for you.
