Shipping across India
We ship products across India using a combination of delivery services to provide a seamless shopping experience. We take care to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Standard Shipping
Shipping charges apply to orders below ₹10,000 after discounts. Orders of ₹10,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping, except orders containing cables longer than 10 metres, which remain chargeable regardless of order value. After receiving your order, our sales team will contact you to explain and confirm any applicable shipping charges before dispatch. These charges are additional to the product total paid online and are not collected at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 days, depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is not currently available through online checkout. Please contact us with any questions about payment options.
Express Delivery — Same Day
For prepaid orders in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida and Ghaziabad, contact us to check express delivery availability and charges before ordering. Where available, local bike delivery typically takes 1–3 hours, depending on rider availability, traffic and distance. Express delivery is a paid service and must be confirmed with our team; it is not currently selectable at checkout.
In-Store Pickup — Same Day
Contact us to confirm product availability, store timings and arrange pickup before visiting.
Delays & Assistance
Weather, courier disruptions or incorrect addresses can affect delivery. If your shipment is delayed, contact us with your order number so we can help.
