Trumbote is a Voltiq brand, sold and fulfilled through Global Sourcing, an authorized Trumbote distributor based in Faridabad, Haryana, India (GSTIN: 06BIZPK9067P1ZY). We sell networking cards, USB-C adapters, PCIe expansion cards and related connectivity accessories.

3 Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to it.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

• We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and descriptions, but errors may occasionally occur — in such cases we will notify you before processing your order.

5 Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6 Payments

We accept payments via major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking and Cash on Delivery (where available) through our secure payment partners. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.

7 Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Product warranty terms are covered separately under our Warranty Policy.

"Trumbote" is a registered trademark (IP India #4939812). All content on this Site — including logos, product descriptions, images and design — is the property of Voltiq/Trumbote or its licensors and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trumbote/Voltiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
